Brussels, 18/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission adopted a crossborder cooperation programme between Germany, Luxembourg and the German-speaking community of Belgium, financed by Structural Funds (ERDF) under the Community Interreg III initiative. The total amount available until 2006 amounts to EUR 22.83 million, of which EUR 11.4 million are financed by the EU budget. The sum of EUR 11.4 million will be provided by the public sector.
