The Dutch financial services group ING intends forming a partnership with ANZ - AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKIG GROUP to garner greater savings in Australia through an asset management company held by both parties. ING will have a 51% stake in the joint-venture and ANZ the rest. The new company will manage some Australian $30 bn in assets.
