18/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission condemned the attacks made against three media personalities. The Basque separatist organisation, ETA, had on Thursday sent packages stuffed with explosives to the vice-president of the Grupo Correo, Enrique Ibarra, to the director of the national Spanish radio in the Basque Country, Santago Silván, and to the Antena 3 delegate in the region, Marisa Guerrero. The operation was thwarted by the autonomous Basque police....
