Court extends advantages under Italian-Swiss Convention on old-age pensions to workers from Member States that are not parties to that Convention

Luxembourg, 17/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The advantages arising under a bilateral convention concluded between a Member State and a non-member country must, in principle, be conferred upon workers of other Member States that are not parties to that convention.
