SODIAAL, the leading French milk marketing cooperative, has announced its plan to sell half of YOPLAIT to PAI - PARIBAS AFFAIRES INDUSTRIELLES. It will thus sell 50% of its stake in the capital investment fund, for an undisclosed amount, and will keep the other half. Both partners plan to have YOPLAIT introduced on the stock exchange, in time. YOPLAIT represented sales of EUR 908 million in 2000, or 34% of SODIAAL's consolidated turnover.
