The British group WPP has announced the acquisition of the German firm CONCEPT!, specialised in advisory and other services for Internet companies or companies hoping to develop on the Internet, of which it already held 20%. The 80% were bought at the price of 6.80 euros per share, a total of EUR 70 million by OGILVYONE WORLDWIDE, WPP subsidiary. Forty-nine percent of the capital is held by the founder of the group and 11% by the employees, which have undertaken to give a favourable response...
