Brussels, 17/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission decided to refer France to the Court of Justice for failure to communicate national measures transposing the directive relating to the limitation of the placing on the market and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations (Pentachlorophenol and other organostannic compounds).
