17/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is organising an informal exchange of views in Brussels on 19 January on the future implementation, in Belgium, of the framework-convention for the protection of minorities in Belgium. The meeting, to be held behind closed doors, will be chaired y the Assembly's President, Lord Russell-Johnston.
