Brussels, 17/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - At its plenary session on 16 January, the EU's Economic and Social Committee (ESC) proceeded, unanimously minus two abstentions, with the appointment of the observers that will form the ESC delegation in the Convention on the future of Europe. These are Goke Frerichs (Employers), roger Briesch (Workets) and Anne-Marie Sigmund (various interests). For the three groups, the deputies are, in order, John Little, Gianni Vinay and Jan Olsson.
