Brussels, 11/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana regretted the circumstances in which the Colombian government found itself obliged to bring the demilitarised zone to an end, due to action by FARC guerrillas (Colombian Revolutionary Armed Forces).
