ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) building materials

The French group LAFARGE has sold CENTENNIAL CONCRETE PIPE AND PRODUCTS OF CANADA to British company HANSON, (turnover of 57.5 million Canadian dollars in 2000) for EUR 69 million. CENTENNIAL will be integrated into the HANSON PIPE AND PRODUCTS division of the company.
