Introduction of Euro is almost finished - Discussion on risks of allergies

Brussels, 11/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to news form the European Commission on Friday, almost 85% of transactions are now on average carried out In Euros. The best results are in Ireland, the Netherlands, Finland and Luxembourg.

The Commission also made its views known on two other worrying subjects that have been discussed in the media: Risks of allergies: the Commission points out that the metal composition of Euro coins was decided by a Council Regulation in 1998 that followed...
