Luxembourg, 11/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to Eurostat, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in both the Euro-zone and European Union as a whole, rose by 0.1% and 0.2% respectively in the third quarter of 2001 compared to 0.1% in the two zones in the same period last year. In the third quarter of 2001 GDP rose by 1.4% in both the Euro-zone and E15 zone.
