Messrs Patten and Lamy in Russia (economic space, WTO)

Brussels, 30/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Chris Patten (External Relations) and Commissioner Pascal Lamy (Trade) will be meeting the Russian Prime Minster Kasyanov and other members of the Russian government in Moscow next week. Mr Patten will also be meeting the Russian Foreign Minister Ivanov to concentrate on international co-operation in the war on terrorism and the role of the EU and Russia in this, and the state of bilateral economic cooperation.
