Belgium's GIB has announced it is to sell its stationery and book chain CLUB (26 shops with annual turnover of EUR 44.2 million) to the Belgian online retailer PROXIS (EUR 8.8 million turnover in 2000) as part of the holding company's strategy to concentrate on DIY (for which it is still searching for a partner).
