Mannesmannröhren can buy up DMV

Brussels, 30/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the green light to the acquisition of DMV Stainless, a Dutch non-welded stainless tube producer by German group Mannesmannröhren-Weerke AG (MRW). DMV used to be a joint-stock company run by MRW and the Italian company Dalmine and Vallourec.
