Commission clears Greek telecoms joint venture between PPC (Greece) and Italian operator Wind

Brussels, 30/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission had given the go-ahead to the setting up of a joint venture between Greek electricity company Public Power Corporation SA (PPC), currently under complete control of the state, and Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA (Wind), a joint-stock company owned by Enel SpA and France Telecom.
