Brussels, 20/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Israel presented a "technical proposal" on the question of rules of origin for products originating in the occupied territories, announced Belgian Permanent Representative Frans Van Daele, after the second meeting of the EU/Israel Association Council held in Brussels on Tuesday.
