20/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Council formally adopted the new Directive on Money Laundering, which will have an impact on a number of professions, for which lawyers in a more limited way will be obliged to provide information to the relevant authorities on inquiries of this nature (see EUROPE 14 November, page13 for details of EP vote).
