20/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Council Regulation (EC) N°2175/2001 of 8 October 2001 relating to the statute of the European Company (EC) as well as Directive 2001/86/EC from the same Council complete the statute of the European Company with regards to the involvement of workers have been published in the Official Journal of the EC L.294 of 10 November 2001.
