Brussels, 15/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - Less than one month from the IVth Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), the preparations for a new round of talks seem to have made headway this weekend in Singapore where the 21 key players managed to smooth out a number of disagreements which threatened to overturn the project.
