Brussels, 15/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Competition Policy, Mario Monti, and the President of the EP's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, Christa Randzio-Plath, inaugurated the European Competition Day in Antwerp on 11 October. This six-monthly event focussed on competition in the pharmaceutical industry.
