Brussels, 11/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - Youngsters from the European Youth Climate Campaign, "The Bet", which mobilises the young against climate change, have won the bet they made with Margot Wallström, the European Commissioner for the Environment. They succeeded in reaching the Kyoto target of cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 8% in 88 schools from at least 8 countries in as little as 8 months.
