11/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of Wednesday morning's discussion between the President of the European Central Bank (ECB), Wim Duisenberg, and the EP's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, French Green member Alain Lipietz said his group was in favour of a reduced rate in order to rekindle growth in Europe.
