France's PERNOD RICARD has confirmed that it is at an advanced stage of negotiations with France's investment fund BUTLER CAPITAL PARTNERS which wants to buy up its subsidiary SIAS-MPA, the world's leading producer of fruit for flavoured yoghurts. Separately, PERNOD RICARD is also negotiating with two bidders over the sale of another of its subsidiaries, BWG, which distributes spirits in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
