Commissioner de Palacio hopes for ICAO agreement in September on aircraft noise

Brussels, 21/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Transport, Loyola de Palacio, turned to several issues under discussion, on Thursday, when speaking to the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Policy and Transport. She provided the following details:
