The Franco-German group AVENTIS will sell off its animal nutrition division AVENTIS ANIMAL NUTRITION to the European investment fund CVC CAPITAL PARTNERS. This sector recorded a turnover of EUR 577 million in 2000 for a workforce of 1.450 employees.
