ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) coal

ENEL FTL, the subsidiary of the Italian energy group ENEL specialised in the sale and trading of fuels, acquired a majority stake close to 51% in the capital of MASEFIELD COAL, a coal trading company. The value of the acquisition was estimated at around USD 10 million.
