FORCLUM, the electricity subsidiary of EIFFAGE announced the acquisition of 51% of the capital of the Italian family company ELETTROMECCANICA GALLI ITALO for an undisclosed sum. This electrical installation company should record a turnover in the region of EUR 50 million. FORCLUM, which forecasts a turnover of EUR 1.25 billion in 2001, signed through this acquisition its first implantation in Italy.
