ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

The British bank HSBC sold CDC - CHARTERHOUSE DEVELOPMENT CAPITAL, the capital investment arms of the French CCF, to its managers. CDC will continue to manage funds of GBP 1.2 billion. The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
