The Czech State and the consortium TELSOURCE, made up of the Dutch firm KPN and Swiss SWISSCOM have concluded an agreement providing for the joint sale of "at least 51%"" in the Czech operator CTE - CESKY TELECOM. They will jointly propose a majority stake to a "strategic investor", which should be selected by end-October, two-thirds coming from the Czech State and a third of TELSOURCE's shares.
