The Canadian ALCAN is to sell STAR LITHO BRIDGNORTH, its lithographic plates production unit in the United Kingdom to the Greek firm ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY. The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed.
