Two decision from Commission, this Wednesday

Brussels, 19/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - In its meeting on Wednesday, the European Commission will rule on:

A fine on the French firm Michelin (tyres) for abuse of dominant position;

The authorisation of the merger operation through which the German truck producer MAN takes control of another manufacturer. The decision may be attached to conditions and charges.
