The SVITZER company, subsidiary of the Danish MOELLER, specialised in the towing and raising of ships, will buy its Dutch competitor WIJSMULLER GROEP HOLDING BV for around DKK 2 billion (including a debt takeover of around DKK 1 billion). Thanks to this operation, SVITZER will become on of the largest companies in the world specialised in this sector with more than 220 ships, staff of 1,600 employees in several subsidiaries and offices in 23 countries).
