Conference of Member State governments nominates Hubert Legal judge at the European court

Luxembourg, 12/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The conference of Member State governments has just nominated the Frenchman Hubert legal judge at the EU Court of First Instance replacing Andre Potocki, whose mandate expires next 31 August. Council at the Conseil d'Etat, Hubert Legal is presently the public auditor for the French judge Jean-Pierre Puissochet.

Hubert Legal is born in 1954 in Nantes, graduate from the Ecole normal superieur de Saint-Cloud and the Ecole nationale d'administratin...
