ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) fuels

The French group METRAUX SERVICES, specialised in accessories and automobile parts, sold its "energy division" to TOTALFINAELF (Switzerland), subsidiary of the French group TOTALFINAELF. The transaction will take effect on 20 June for an undisclosed sum. This division employs 38 partners and records an annual turnover of some BEF 2.3 billion plus one quarter of the group's sales volume.
