Brussels, 12/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - On 8 June, after King Birenda and several members of his family had been killed, the Swedish Presidency issued a declaration on behalf of the EU, in which it welcomes the role played by the King in introducing parliamentary democracy in Nepal.
