The Portuguese telecommunications company ONI, controlled by EDP - ELECTRICIDADE DE PORTUGAL, is on the verge of concluding the sale of the Spanish telephony company COMUNITEL (turnover of ESP 14 billion in 2000 with 30,000 clients) from the multinational GRAPES for EUR 75 million.
