ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) holding companies

The holding company ATENOR has sold the 80% stake it held in its African subsidiary AFRIMA and in AUTO-ONE and AFRI-TRANSIT, two connected companies. The transaction amounts to some $4 million. Active in the Democratic Republic of Congo, AFRIMA distributes "Toyota" vehicles and distributes and provides after-sales services of agricultural equipment and other capital goods.
