The Italian gas and oil group ENI is considering floating between 30% an 40% of RETA GAS ITALIA on the stock market, its subsidiary responsible for transporting gas in Italy estimated at 9.5 bn euro and whose annual turnover is between 1.6 and 1.65 bn euro.
