11/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The International Road Transport Union (IRU) announced at its 6th East-West Conference the publication of a study on East West competition on the road transport market. - Opportunities for All. It is also publishing the third edition of its "Trans-Lex manual". This manual (paper version) and CD-Rom take up the main legislation and regulations relating to road transport, adopted by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT), as well as all acquis communautaire.
