ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) camping-cars

The French group PILOTE, manufacturer of top-of-the-range camping-cars, has taken a majority stake in the German firm RMB, through its German subsidiary FRANKIA. Specialised in luxury camping-cars, RMB has an annual turnover of FF 55 million. Through this purchase, the cost of which has remained confidential, PILOTE will exceed FF 700 million in annual turnover, with 430 workers.
