11/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - Ibrahim Rugova, member of the Kosovo administrative council, raised with the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee, the independent will of the Kosovar people, while noting that this independence would only be achieved on the basis of an international consensus. Moreover, Mr Rugova asserted that Kosovo was not involved in the terrorist acts committed in Macedonia.
