Luxembourg, 05/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - According to Eurostat, the volume of retail trade gained 1.6% in the euro-zone and 2.1 % in the European Community (EU15) in March 2001 compared to March 2000. Compared to February 2001, however, sales fell by 0.4% in the euro zone and 0.3 in the EU15.
