05/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - This Wednesday, the European Commission should nominate the former German high ranking civil servant Klaus Regling to the head of its Directorate General economy and finance. Previously Operational Director of Moore Capital Strategy Group in London, Mr Regling headed, until 1998, the international department of the German finance ministry.
