Green light to takeover of Onex Food services by Lufthansa Service Holding

Brussels, 05/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised Lufthansa service Holding AG (LSG), 100% subsidiary of the German airline Deutsche Lufthansa, to take control of the American company Onex Food Services. LSG offers in-flight catering services for airlines throughout the world and, to a lesser extent, for airport restaurants. In Europe, it is present in Germany, Italy, Austria, Norway and Denmark. Onex Food also ensures on-board catering services throughout the world....
