The Danish shipping firm SVITZER (tugs and re-floating), subsidiary of the Danish AP MOELLER, is to by its Dutch rival WIJSMULLER for some 2 bn Danish kroner. SVITZER will thus become one o the largest companies in the world specialized in the sector with over 220 hips, and a workforce of 1,600 and offices in 23 countries.
