Commission takes three positive decisions

Brussels, 14/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised:

  • The acquisition by Industri Kapital of the Perstorp AB activities in the chemicals sector, subject to commitments.

  • The takeover of German Systematics by the American company Electronic Data Systems, active in the provision of IT services.

  • The takeover of RTL Group by the German communications group Bertelsmann.

EUROPE will return to these operations in greater detail.
