Brussels, 14/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - Algeria and the European Commission resumed negotiations in Algiers on 14 May with a view to concluding an Euro-Mediterranean association agreement. This 9th round will last until 18 May and, according to Algerian sources, will allow discussions to be finalised on the cooperation chapter in the financial and monetary fields.
