Brussels, 14/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - The imperious need to adopt concrete measures to help the poorest countries of the world to emerge from under-development was the statement of belief of all those taking the floor, on Monday, at the opening of the third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries.
